Running MK Trilogy on Windows 7 just isn't that reliable. The Pit II stage fatality works in Mortal Kombat Trilogy Extended.ģ. I suspect that this is because, once again, Midway did not want to take the time to draw up more character animations for characters falling down the Pit II. In Mortal Kombat Trilogy, the 'Pit II' zone had no stage fatality. Decapitated bodies fall to the ground in Mortal Kombat Trilogy Extended.Ģ. It looked cheap, as if Midway did not want to go to the trouble of animating the characters' headless corpses falling to the ground, as they had previously done with the first Mortal Kombat, and MKII. To me, it looks rather dumb to have a person standing upright with his/her head lopped off. The bodies in MK Trilogy do not fall after being decapitated. Certain things about it always bothered me that MK Trilogy X seems to have fixed.ġ.
